Job Description

Title:  Marketing Manager 
Industry Type: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
Job Objective/ Purpose of Job: 
To develop and manage Marketing Portfolio of clients in for the HMO 
Department/Division/ Unit: 
Marketing Division
Location: Lagos
Functionally Reports To: 
Marketing Manager 
Administratively Reports To: 
Head Business Development, Hygeia HMO
Supervises: 
Marketing Officers
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: 
Internal
  • All marketing and sales departments across the Group, senior management, HMO marketing division team
External
  • Clients & Prospects, competitors
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
  • Design and Implement strategic marketing plan
  • Develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with other departments, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives
  • Execute marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Generate increased market share across different sectors 
  • Manage all marketing activities within agreed budget
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
  • Generate Profitable Account Turnover
  • Effective leadership and management of team members
  • Analyze competitor strategies, price and service offerings & recommend strategies to retain, lead and increase market share.
  • Ensure liaison and collaboration among all the marketing functions

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: 
Education Qualification:
  • First Degree from a reputable institution
Professional Qualification:
  • Marketing/Communications or related qualification (either degree or postgraduate qualification) would be an advantage
  • An MBA would be an advantage
Experience
  • 8 -10 years in a core marketing functions
  • Age Between 30-45years
