To develop and manage Marketing Portfolio of clients in for the HMO

Head Business Development, Hygeia HMO
Supervises:
Marketing Officers
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal
- All marketing and sales departments across the Group, senior management, HMO marketing division team
External
- Clients & Prospects, competitors
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Design and Implement strategic marketing plan
- Develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with other departments, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives
- Execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Generate increased market share across different sectors
- Manage all marketing activities within agreed budget
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
- Generate Profitable Account Turnover
- Effective leadership and management of team members
- Analyze competitor strategies, price and service offerings & recommend strategies to retain, lead and increase market share.
- Ensure liaison and collaboration among all the marketing functions
- Increased Market share

Education Qualification:
- First Degree from a reputable institution
- Marketing/Communications or related qualification (either degree or postgraduate qualification) would be an advantage
- An MBA would be an advantage
- 8 -10 years in a core marketing functions
- Age Between 30-45years
- Functional/ Technical:
- Demonstrable understanding of services marketing
- Experience of using various marketing tools
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Marketing and product campaign skills
- Ability to identify and evaluate market trends and determine applicability
Managerial:
